Mindfulness is a gentle meditation practice that calms your brain and reduces the chatter in your head, allowing you to focus on your experience in the present moment. Increased awareness of how your mind and body responds to the world around can help you become less reactive to your impulses and emotions, changing the way you feel about your self and the way you relate to other people and events.

Our Mindfulness practitioner is available here in Blandford, Dorset on Mondays and Fridays for 1:1 Mindfulness sessions. He also regularly runs introductory workshops and Mindfulness courses. Please check News page for latest programme of events.
