Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is an incredibly powerful yet very gentle form of massage, specifically used to help drain excessive fluid and toxins from the body. It is incredibly relaxing as it uses a form of gentle rythmic pumping movements on the skin, so much so that patients often fall asleep.
