Amy Du Toit
Amy is an experienced Master NLP Practitioner and twice qualified coach (Cambridge University & Association for Coaching). She is a Member of the Association for Coaching, an Associate with the Association of Neuro-linguistic Programming, and a qualified, current Associate member of the CIPD (HR Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development).
Working as a full-time practicing coach, as a consulting coach for an international training and coaching business, practicing at Hambledon Health in Blandford, Dorset and managing personal clients for both 1:1 coaching and workshops for businesses, online or in-person, Amy offers a wide range of coaching expertise.
Amy’s background in Human Resources led her to person-centred approach as she navigated individuals within teams, leadership and culture. It was during these 8 years she volunteered as a coach and mentor within the Architecture and Engineering fields. She also offered support to those in need of mixed coaching and consulting on redundancies, interviewing and transition coaching for many during the pandemic.
Since Amy’s first participation in a self-development program at the age of 11, her interest in personal development continued throughout her life. Her experiences in her personal life and career highlighted the uncapped yet unrealised potential of so many people. It is because of this Amy supports and works with her clients so that they too can discover the longevity of confidence, richness, and success in all aspects of their lives.
Amy offers personal performance and wellbeing coaching. Using NLP and other techniques, you will develop on and find clarity in priority areas of your life, personal or professional, alongside developing and maintaining a state of wellbeing. Navigate a revitalising and new sense of self and start living to your potential.
