Counselling

We provide a safe and secure environment where you can talk freely without being judged and you and we can build a trusting relationship.

Here we can discuss confidentially any uncomfortable feelings or issues that you might want to get off your chest, find answers to any difficult or unresolved problems, or deal with any concerns.

You choose what you want to discuss or share during the sessions and we will explore those areas to see if there are any options or choices that might help you make changes in your life.

People seek counselling for many different reasons, here are some examples below:

Initial Meeting

At the initial appointment you can ask any questions that you may have, and get a feel for how we might work together. It’s also a chance to find out a bit about you, and what has brought you to counselling. This appointment lasts for approximately 30 minutes.

Individual Session

We can work for a short-term (minimum 6 weeks) or on a longer-term basis, that can be open ended depending on what you need. This can be discussed at the initial meeting.

The sessions are on a regular basis once a week, same time, same place and last for 50 minutes.

Our Counsellor is available Monday through Thursday.
